Bacon Wrapped Mini Pierogies
1 box Mrs. T's Mini Pierogies 14 slices bacon (sliced in half) 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
Defrost Mini Pierogies by placing in boiling water for 2 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each Mini Pierogy. Layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with brown sugar if desired. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned, turning once.
Optional: Pan-fry or grill until browned
